After 10 years of being with State Farm and two small weather claims for my home years apart. I was dropped. I contacted Jonathan's office to ask why and if there was anything he could do. No response. Email, follow up emails, calls, voicemails - nothing. Two weeks later when I changed insurance companies and cancelled my auto policy I got a text from he saying thanks for my time with State Farm. What a joke.

Jonathan is very well versed in all facets of the insurance industry. From tailoring the affordable home and car policy to protecting my family with sufficient life insurance plans. He and his staff are always there to help me update my insurance needs and make immediate changes when needed. I've been a customer with his agency for over 20 years now and yes insurance rates do change and State Farm may not always be the cheapest, but as long as his agency and staff continue to provide the remarkable customer service they will always be worth a little extra in my book! Bought life insurance throug Jons office and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When it was time to sign it was quick and easy. They werent trying to sell me stuff I dont need. Good company. Great experience.
