I have been taking my Mercedes to Pete's for years. They have always done exceptional work and at those times when I was unable to schedule an appointment they have worked me in to get me up and running. Great people and shop to look after your German car. I was really hesitant about taking my 2008 328 convertible to an independent shop, but a friend highly recommended Pete's Inc. for BMWs, so I finally brought mine in.
The owner, Greg, has a couple of BMWs himself and really knows the cars! My car came out of the shop on time, running perfectly, and WELL under what the dealership would have charged me. I am a convert! I've been taking my Mercedes here ever since it went out of warranty and I had to start paying for repairs out of pocket (which thankfully have been few and far between).
