Our seamless aluminum gutters are formed on site. We use.027 thickness for the standard, residential size (5" gutter) and.032 thickness for the larger, commercial size (6" gutter). The ends of the gutter have end caps installed and then are caulked with a high quality gutter sealant.
Any corners have custom miters to assure you the cleanest look, the least amount of seams, and the best chance of no leaky corners (the most common gutter issue people have).We then hook in our hidden stealth hangers and space those every 24 to ensure the gutter will be strong. We install the gutters using 1 1/2 ceramic coated screws.
