I was asked to purchase an Outback inverter/charger and that it needed to be in hand in 3 days. That is a super quick turnaround. I was totally stressed trying to find not one, but TWO! Since they are so heavy, I tried to find a Alternative energy store I could walk in to. That was not happening. I was striking out all the way around! I called AltE to make sure that they could get them to me in the time frame that I needed to have them. Shaylene answered my call...and am I glad she did!
