It is owned by Kenneth and Sandra Lehtonen and is located at the historic 1808 House in the center of New Ipswich, NH. Over the years, San-Ken Homes has garnered a reputation for quality products, impressive customer service, and incredible attention to detail in each endeavor.
This commitment to our customers and the leadership of its owners has helped San-Ken excel even in difficult economic times. Currently, San-Ken Homes offers both new construction homes and newly renovated existing homes throughout southern New Hampshire. As part of the construction side of the business, we draw and design custom homes in-house at our office to meet the needs of our customers, with a full range of styles and prices offered.
