Top Defense & Fitness is offering a special seminar to our members, those who are following us and our friends first. At this seminar Jon and I will be covering Street Self-Defense Techniques, not Sport Martial Arts. We feel that it is a good time to offer a taste of something that works in real life situations where the "rules" may not apply, or may be different than normal.
