This process happens through communication, and patience as we discover together what is most suitable for your body. This practice promotes health and healing. If you have physical limitations or an existing issue that requires caution pertaining to movement, please consult with us prior to class or in conversation with a teacher upon arrival. Our goal is to teach suitable movement and modifications that meet your needs.
Workshops/Teacher Training
Report
The goal of this training is to teach the nuts and bolts of delivering a dynamic yoga class. There is emphasis on teaching, feedback, and teach again! Learn and practice watching students, speaking to what is happening in the moment, building a strong connection between teacher and student. The learning will happen in the teaching that you will be doing and in witnessing others teach.
