Located in Pearl River County, this premier venue was reconstructed and re-purposed as an elegant French Country event venue by owner, Louis Ochoa. During the 1950's, the property started its' purpose as a pig farm. Decades later, a large metal shop was constructed on the property serving as an electric motor rewind shop.

During the 1950's, the property started its' purpose as a pig farm. Decades later, a large metal shop was constructed on the property serving as an electric motor rewind shop. This shop was later repurposed as a dance hall and, in the mid-nineties, it became a Cypress tree farm.
We honor the humble beginnings of our property's history with the use of decorative ornamental pigs scattered throughout our completely repurposed French Country event venue.Today The Villa is part of the family of properties which include The Sadie Jane, Pinewood Plantation, and NOLA Southern Grill Restaurant & Catering.
