Bill began contracting back in 1975 and focused primarily on design-build projects ranging in scope from remodels to high-end single family residences, condominiums, and land development. In 1990 Bill began working internationally in relief and development and by 1996 had founded Impact Teams International, a non profit 501(c)3 relief organization.
Bill worked alongside his teams in Honduras, Iraq, Bosnia, Mauritania, Sudan, and many other nations across the world meeting core needs like shelter, food and healthcare. Ben attended Boise State University as a Construction Management major. Concluding his studies he worked as a project manager for the development and construction of multi-family apartment complexes in Idaho, Wyoming, and California.

The two have held contractor's licenses in California, Hawaii, and Idaho; and remain fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State.

From there, we produce accurate renderings, so you can get a clear idea of what your island will look like before it's constructed. Our on-staff craftsmen are highly-skilled and take pride in the construction and installation of all of our outdoor projects.
