Ive been here a few times and had relatively good experiences. We went yesterday for NYE and I can honestly say Ive never had a better massage than what I experienced with Laurie. I am reading the reviews trying to decide which massage studio to take my 19yr old daughter to for xmas. I stumbled across the review from Yalonda Burden & WOW! The response from the owner told me everything I needed to know. In the owners reply, they completely disregarded how their employees made this lady Feel "like she didn't belong". Whether it was racial, the mask (or lack of), or whatever, the Owner spoke only about the mask & cancelation but didn't comment once on the employees negative energy towards this lady, which leads me to believe this behavior is acceptable & shared.
