This place deserves 10 starts!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. David, Johnny and Will were amazing! I will always go back there for anything my car needs and I will also recommend to friends and family. Will is the nicest mechanic I ever met, I am very happy and satisfied with their services!

1st off i give 2 stars because customer service was great and very professional. I took my truck in with the airdam and grill off (doing the body work). They assume it was in a wreck and told me my frame is bent. I replaced the upper and lower control arms inner and outer ball joints center link. Little over a year ago. MY thinking is that it needs shims on the upper passenger control arm. I am mechanically incline. But I don't want to do the work anymore. They did not fix anything nor they did not attempt to fix it. Just took my money and have a nice day. Now I will take it to another shop and

Was very impressed with the facility, technicians, customer service, and overall quality of the services completed. After receiving an alignment from Sloan's my vehicle drives straight as an arrow. Multiple other shops have tried to do an alignment and failed. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Everyone working there is so nice and professional. I brought my car for an oil change and to check on a small oil leak, they told me there’s definitely a leak and they’d like to clean the underneath to see exactly where it’s coming from. I paid for that service and they said they want me to drive around for a week and bring it back so they can tell exactly where the leak is.
It makes me happy to have a place I can trust that is wanting to know exactly what’s wrong and not just guess and make me pay for things I don’t need.

We moved from Northern NJ to Orlando and were in the market for a new mechanic. A friend recommended Sloan's Automotive to us last summer. We have had both of our vehicles serviced here several times. We have been very pleased with the level of customer service and the work done to our vehicles.
One thing I LOVE about Sloan's that I have not experienced elsewhere is they run diagnostic on your car AND provide a report to you via text message. The link provides a written report split out by section of the vehicle, detailed notes and includes images of the part/section of the vehicle

I usually have 100% faith in Sloan's after being nearly frauded at another repair shop. However this time I had a brake light out. So I said go ahead and fix that. I got a call, it wasn't the bulb but a loose socket. They ordered the socket, wrong one, and can't replace just the socket but the whole lens needed replacement to the tune of nearly $200.00. I said leave it, I'll fix it myself. At this point he tried to talk me out of that. I took it home, took it apart. Socket is just fine, bulb burnt out. I have a Ford F150 King Ranch and it finally reached over 100k miles. For the past month, it had a "low oil pressure engine light" that continues to go on every time I decelerate. This notification comes with a very annoying chime, so loud, it over powers my radio volume and bluetooth phone calls. This would go on and on every so many minutes when I drive, decelerate and stop the vehicle. It was extremely irritating. I'm giving it 2 stars because I had done multiple services with them and everything was fine; however, after checking my brakes that were making a loud squeaky noise, they said the only thing I could do was have them clean and that even after that the brakes would continue to make the noise. A month later I take the car somewhere else and they explain me that I needed to change the rear brakes and the front brake rotors.

Not sure why I waited so long to go here. This has become my new go to mechanic. They are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is really something else. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have free towing back to the shop in case anything does happen to your car. They have free loaner cars if the work takes longer than expected. The software they use to let you know the work is done and what they have recommended is something I've never seen before. They add pictures of the work and test results and explain everything that was done

The guys at Sloan's helped me out so much! I had bad gas in my Mercedes and it completely locked up on me in the middle of the road! Luckily I was up the street from them. They came and pushed me out of the road, and took care of everything for me within 24 hours! Now my car is running like a dream again! Everyone was so helpful and helped ease my anxiety and stress over the entire fiasco! I completely trust them with my car and will continue to take it there if I need anything done!

I have been taking my cars to Sloan's for years and years. I can't even remember when I started going there. It was before the current owner/manager (Kenny) took over from his uncle, who suddenly died too young. At least 10 or 12 years. So, recently, I took a car there, it was a comedy of errors. Got different stories from Kenny and two of the service writers. Didn't believe any of them. I spent $700 and would have spent another $3,000 to $4,000+ if I'd followed Kenny's advice. I ended up getting it fixed for $0 at the dealership. It was under warranty. You heard me. And

I took my car in for a diagnostic and I was informed every step of the way. After the diagnostic had been performed, I was given a text message with photographs of everything that had been checked. It was a smooth, positive experience and I will absolutely go back to Sloan's anytime I need car repairs. All technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

This is not my first review of Sloan's, but these guys go above and beyond and are deserving of another positive post. They have been working on my old 97 K1500 for the past few years now and have always treated me well. Being an older truck, it can be difficult at times to repair. My last visit was such a case. A CV seal job turned into needing a new differential thanks to stubborn old parts. It required days of extra work and I know they lost money on this job between the unexpected hours and parts. Nevertheless, I did not pay a penny over the original seal replacement estimate. In

I made an appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed and my brakes replaced. The place is only open during the weekday, so I had taken the day off work to have my car worked on. This place was recommended by my wife as she had recently took her car to be serviced there.

Yallll! I am so grateful for Sloan's. I had a strange situation with my truck cover and even though it wasn't a standard cover, Will was so kind, friendly, and helpful. He not only figured out how to fix my cover, but also never made me feel bad about how simple it ended up being. I am overwhelmed with the kindness! Really like these guys. They run an honest shop: they stand by their warranties and their word. I've had everything from transmission overhauls to suspension alignments to simple oil changes done here in the past year and a half. No complaints yet.
Their text based reporting system allows you to quickly get a record of what's going on with your car in a straightforward and accessible way and I have not seen them pull any of that macho mechanic crap to any of their female patrons which I think speaks to their professionalism.

My wife brought her car in for brake pads, sold her on a ton of stuff she didn't need, cracked her oil pan, then told her that Valvoline must've done it. Went over to Valvoline, who let me know that was impossible and showed me why. These types of predatory tactics against women make me loathe having spent so much time learning how to do around the house type of handyman duties and not having spent time working on cars.

Sloan's staff was amazing! It was horrible rain yesterday and construction on 408. I had a nail in my tire and they helped me fix it. They gave me options on what to do with the tire and helped fill back all the airs in my tire. I am very happy to have this auto repair shop in my neighborhood and highly recommend their services!
