I am EXTREMELY impressed by this companys owner. I first spoke with his wife who was so amazing and so caring, and i instantly liked and trusted the company more. But then, unfortunately i had a bad experience with a customer service representative. This resulted in me writing an angry email explaining my frustrations a few hours later the owner of the company calls me. He was extremely apologetic and understanding, he made me feel heard!
