Our used engines come with a 6-month limited warranty covering replacement or repair. I reached out via text around 8 am and was promptly responded to within 10 minutes. Within an hour everything I inquired about had been answered and my order was placed. I did be picking up my parts tomorrow morning as it was in a warehouse. Jazmine is who I dealt with and she had amazing communication and customer service skills. So happy I don't have to drive to the Southside in order to look for the part. Airline Auto will be my first choice going forward.

I work at a auto repair shop, as the office manager, and our go to is jasmine. Weve also dealt with Kennedy and Long- they are all truly amazing and great at customer service. Jasmine goes above and beyond to find you what youre looking for and you can tell she truly cares and does it with great attitude, shes always happy and friendly. When weve had issues with other sales people there, long and Kennedy have also shown us exceptional service and have taken care of us. They are people well continue doing business with!
