Core Reform Pilates offers high energy, low-impact group Pilates classes. Each 50-minute Core Reform class offers a full body workout that blends strength training with cardio activity in a dynamic group setting. Our Pilates sessions use weight bearing springs, pulleys, straps, jumpboards, and accessories to create a safe and effective workout which sculpts and tones the entire body.

Pilates Sculpt takes all the challenge of Tone and adds extra spice by incorporating innovative moves and accessories.
Private Training

To schedule a private, please send us an email or book online. We have a handful of private training times bookable from the website. If those work for you, please book directly. If you would like us to search for different times, we're glad to do so! Just sent us a note. Tell us when you would like to come in and which studio you'd like to visit.

For expecting moms, Pilates during pregnancy can be a great workout. Core Reform's philosophy on Pilates during pregnancy is that Pilates, with modifications, can be a safe and effective workout for many women. We always recommend pregnant clients start with privates before jumping into class.
There are modifications that need to be made for growing bumps and a group class will almost certainly include exercises that pregnant women should modify, limit or avoid.Pilates during pregnancy is a highly individual experience and there is no one size fits all approach. We encourage expecting clients to start their Pilates journey with private training and to consider our Fashion Island location with its small group classes.

Private Scheduling: If you want to schedule a private session, we keep a handful of bookable times on the public schedule page. You can book those directly. If those times don't work, send us an email with some days and times you'd like to visit. Let us know which studio you'd like to visit as well.
