Your Social Security Card (the DMV may accept your social security number, if you cannot find your card). If you have any questions regarding the MV3001 form please call our office at (414) 881-0010. After your account has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation from our scheduling department.

ATTENTION: If you are a teen that has not completed one of our 30 hour classes and have completed this at another school and wish to only take behind-the-wheels with us, you must first enroll in our Behind-the-Wheel Only package to begin the process of obtaining your permit prior to registering with the scheduling system.

Don't see your area? Get in touch with us to see if we can still serve you - even if you do not attend a school in these districts, you can still be picked up/dropped off from one of the schools close by you that we do serve. Our courses are designed to not only make it easy to effectively learn and take on the responsibility of driving, but have fun in the process too.
