We run the business here at the farm in a licensed commercial kitchen, always using the freshest local ingredients. The gardens are right out the door so we can pick fresh herbs, edible flowers and vegetables when in season. We sell organic herbs, flowers, baked goods, prepared foods and specialty items.
You can find us at the Lewiston Farmer's Market on Sundays during the summer season from May until October. We are available for catered events, anything or anywhere. I traveled to Australia to cater a 50th birthday party and to Florida to cater a wedding with an Autumn theme. I had to bring the leaves and the pumpkins with me.

Mount Apatite Farm is on the Hatch Road in Auburn. The white tailed deer are usually around at sunset. There's a flock of wild turkeys in the neighborhood; and there's always a visiting skunk, fox, porcupine or woodchuck. During the summer and fall season we have organic herbs, flowers, baked goods and specialty items for sale.
