99West was a pleasure to work with. I custom ordered a 24 car hauler that arrived in half the time I was initially told. Amanda did a great job going over all the options I was looking for and suggested items i hadnt thought about. They also have a large inventory of trailer supplies needed for inside the trailers. Delivery day was smooth and easy!

I worked with Amanda on buying a 14 foot cargo trailer she was so helpful and has the best customer service skills I've seen in along time being a business owner that says a lot and I hope Amanda's employer know what a valuable asset she is to there company . Amanda's co worker I wish I knew his Name was very helpful as well and took the time to show me some things about my trailer break system so it was a learning experience as well. I felt I was more than taken care of but also felt assured in the 99 west trailer as a company that I would be honored to do business with again as the customer service

Peggy was great to work with! We had to wait a few months on our Aluma trailer due to COVID, and she was great about keeping us informed and getting it here earlier than expected! Very fair pricing and great customer service! We would highly recommend this place!!

I returned once again and purchased another aluminum 20' flatbed trailer from John and Peggy @ 99West Trailers. They have always been excellent to work with and the whole staff at 99West Trailers is so helpful and knowledgeable, they can always steer me in the right direction for my needs. 99West Trailers is such a refreshing company to work with. I will always continue to buy trailers, parts, and have my trailers serviced by 99West Trailers. I was warned by staff that I would be back some day for a larger trailer:)

I needed several last minute repairs on a cargo trailer in preparation for an out of town job. I called 99 West and they got me in the same day. They fixed everything I asked them to and then some! They found a couple of additional repairs that needed to be done, called me to get approval first and then made those repairs as well. They did trailer wiring, brakes, wheel bearings and some body work on the trailer including installing new fenders. They finished it all in less than 24 hours, and ahead of schedule with great communication throughout. Quality was good and the price was reasonable. Highly
