The team was extremely patient and accommodating. I had been concerned with the cabin we had requested being too small inside for the four of us. I called the week of and asked if we could get a larger cabin. No problem with good suggestions. I made the change and realized the next day the cabin only had a window air conditioner.

Then the mishap with the condo having been used by the new owner and the quick response of sending someone with a key to an even nice unit and assistance moving.

Driving Directions to Sand County Service Company located at 116 W Munroe Avenue, Lake Delton WI 53940: Take Interstate 90 through Wisconsin to the Wisconsin Dells area. Take Exit #89 and turn north onto Highway 23 and go approximately 1/2 mile. The Sand County Office will be on your right. The entrance and lobby is in the back of our office.

Linens, a basic supply of towels, hand soap, and bathroom tissue are provided. We suggest you bring your own beach and pool towels, dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters and other convenience items. After your third stay with us you will automatically be enrolled in our Frequent Guest Club. The non-refundable damage deposit waiver will relieve you of costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents.
