The entry is humanly monitored, you enter your info into kiosk, including picture, and all details, also a free covid test is provided before you enter to visit. Staff was friendly up front. I did not deal with any when visiting.

This facility is excellent. I Couldnt ask for better service therapy department is one of the best! Staff is very friendly and attentive will do whatever they can to help and make your stay comfortable, Id recommend this facility to anyone Quality is their name! And they stand by their name! This is coming from someone who didnt wont to be here from day one the only facility I know who has concierge services.
