In the early 1980's, Louis Annino formed Professional Medical Livery, a transportation company offering services to medically fragile and handicapped individuals in the Hartford Area.
In 1982, local township requested Mr. Annino's services to transport a special needs child. Over the next 20 years, Mr. Annino developed a strong reputation for specialized student transportation. In 1998, Mr. Annino formed Access Transportation Solutions with one vehicle, working out of a small garage in Manchester.
