It's been nearly four decades since my parents, John and Angelique Harding, had a dream to build a dairy bar along scenic Route 29, just 3 miles north of Tunkhannock, in Wyoming County. In 1978, their dream became reality when they opened Harding's Dairy Bar on our family's dairy farm. The farm remained in operation until 1999, and the Dairy Bar has been going strong ever since.
