Born and raised in Boise, ID., Phil has deep roots in his community. After high school Phil ventured to the east coast to attend college. Phil received his degree at Yale University, then directly returned to beautiful Boise, ID., and promptly started his career as a Financial Advisor. Phil specializes in designing and actively managing investment portfolios designed to address ever-changing market conditions.
