Joey (I think that was his name) should, in my opinion, not be allowed to speak directly with customers -- he comes across as dismissive, arrogant, disrespectful, and childish... the kind of guy, punk, who has a real "chip on his shoulder." Terrible customer experience.

As my boss and I are driving the speed limit to our job. A company truck with 3 employees thought it was safe to ride EXTREMELY close to us and the flick us off as we made a left hand turn! As well as yelling out the window in gentlemen like vocabulary. Very classy and professional
