Native Tylerites Jack and Robbie Cowan returned to East Texas from Dallas in the mid-1970's and began to purchase a few rental properties. Noting the lack of any company to manage residential real estate, they soon founded Cowan Property Management, Tyler's first to specialize in this unique niche market.

Jolie is a trained Real Estate Broker with more than thirty years in the property management industry! She is a leader and an expert in her field and is actively involved in all aspects of CPM. Ro is involved in all aspects of our office. She also makes sure all business matters are being taken care of properly and professionally for our tenants and owners.
