ModTickets (formerly Efficient Tickets) was born from the idea that one size does not fit all. The challenge was that each organization had some unique aspect to their event or business that could not be met by an off-the-shelf solution. Our solution was to create ModTickets, which uses a modular structure where any aspect of our ticketing software can be customized for each client's needs.
Our approach is simple. We developed an integrated system where all ticket sales, whether online, over the phone or in-person are recorded in one system. We track every customer, every ticket and every dollar. We make buying a ticket as simple and straightforward as possible. And we provide clients with a comprehensive administrative area where they can manage all aspects of their events.
