I contacted this company for a third party, so this review is for just my experience. I originally called to see if I could arrange a ride for 5 from Irvine to the Pasadena area, and then home again later in the day. It turned out the best bet was to rent a driver by the hour, and keep it for the day. Other companies were only able to do one way, not both. I needed to get a final approval so I had to call back. The car I ended up selecting was the stretch Lincoln. Both times I called, I received great service. Very friendly, very patient as I was trying to explain exactly what I needed,

Stephen saved our homecoming dance for 27 kids! I called him Friday night in a panic because another horrible company (which I will be reviewing with no stars) cancelled on me at 5pm the night before the dance! Stephen took my call and helped me book a party bus for 27 high school kids for the next night. Marcus, the driver, was on time, well dressed, prepared and the bus was clean and perfect for the kids! He took great care in making sure they were safely delivered and picked up. I will most definitely use south coast limousine for all our future dance plans!!! Thank you Stephen and Marcus
