I was having diamonds in my engagement ring fall out and I went to Dickens Jewlers and they helped me find a setting that works so much better! He was able to use my original diamonds and now Im not scared to wear my ring anymore! I then went back in to get my rings sized and its so perfect! I recommend Dickens to all of my friends! Great service and reasonable prices. I took my wife's wedding and engagement rings to be fixed. Both bands were broken. Less than a week later they look like new. Highly recommended.

I brought a necklace in to be repaired. The jeweler as a professional tells me what needs to be done, I go pick it up and its still broken! He now tells me that I have to pay 78$ more dollars to fix it. I then call and he tell me its not broken thats how it was made, it clearly needs to be soldered to make sure its secure. He is arguing with me on the phone that he didnt look at that?!?! How do you not look at the WHOLE piece before determining how to fix it! He called me back to tell me he will do it for free but I rather take it somewhere else. Completely untrustworthy. Will never

Received the most beautiful custom engagement ring from Dickens! Honestly beyond impressed by the quality of the ring. Beyond that, Victor and his wife were extremely accommodating when we drove from Philadelphia to get the ring sized. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to all! We will always continue to come back.

She has spent over an hour with me being patient as I went back and forth deciding. Victor is very knowledgeable, talented, and is so fast with his repairs. A true master with an eye for design. If I need a simple clasp fixed, polish, or chain repair, he gets it back to me the same day. They have helped me turn a precious family ring into a brand new custom necklace
