I highly recommend Dave and Lighthouse Home Inspections. He was prompt, showed us all the concerns and explained the degree of concern we should have. I hired Dave for an inspection 4 years ago when I bought my house. As a first time home buyer, I was very inquisitive and also fairly uninformed. Dave took the time to explain everything, he did a very thorough job of finding all sorts of problems and potential problems, and he did this all while answering my frequent questions patiently and thoughtfully. Our house is tiny, but will be 100 years old next yer, and Dave caught everything. He gave suggestions, warnings for potential future costs, and clearly outlined things that were unsafe.
