This place was nice at first because I was a new driver and needed help finding a place that would insure me. After about a year things started to get weird. I had the insurance company they put me with sending me letters that I owed Stuart money. When I called and canceled my insurance with them because I switched to geico the letters didn't stop. Now im told that I owe the company they put me with money for the months I "had" insurance that should have been canceled. Awaiting response from Stuart about this and if it is resolved I will change my review. Until then I recommend if you're a new

For YEARS I have had my personal auto and home policies with Stuart/Vogel insurance and have had the very best of service from them. I have never been treated as a burden, even when calling in half a dozen times in one day while shopping for a car, asking for estimates of insurance on various cars. We now have our business insurance with them and are very pleased with the service given. Kelli, Jordan and Xavier are the best!

My girlfriend needed insurance for her car today so I said Stewart insurance. Just like all the other times we have gone. But when the Manager Kelly Decided to help her you can tell right away she had something against her, strange but even stranger what she quoted her 115$ for liability for one month? It was around 70$ every other time (especially when you never been pulled over or have any tickets) So she called me, I said go ahead and get it since we really needed it for one month to sell the car. Then after the attitue continues she upped the price to 145$ For liability a month on A old car

I've had an excellent experience with this company. I'm new to the area and needed some slightly complicated insurance coverage. Abraham helped me find a policy when many other company's couldn't and went out of the way to explain the policy, fax it to the dmv, and let me know what I could do in the future to lower the rates once my situation got sorted out. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also just spoke with Jesse on the phone about getting some paperwork emailed to me. She was very friendly and sent me the paperwork right away. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been with Stuart Insurance for 15 plus years until today. I called Monday morning to start a new policy after getting divorced. I was quoted a much higher rate. I asked them to try to find a cheaper policy. After he told me this will take him awhile to do, he agreed and said he would call me by end of the day Tuesday. When I hadn't heard back today, I called to follow up. I was informed my ex husband removed me from the policy Tuesday and that I have not had coverage since Tuesday.
