We selected Progress Street Builders because we wanted to build a new home for our retirement, but 200 miles from where we were living. We needed a professional builder with an approach to design, collaboration, and communication that suited our already busy schedule. From the design stage to the completion of our home our experience surpassed ALL expectations! Progress Street is a first class operation. We were amazed at their willingness to make sure they understood what we wanted and their workmanship is exceptional. There were never any costs that we were not aware of they use very high quality materials and their knowledge of building materials was impressive. It has been a year and a half since our home was finished and they still check on us to see if there is anything else we need. We have absolutely nothing but praise for this quality operation!

Progress Street Builders is building our first ever custom built home. The design process was informative, creative, and we received great feedback in order to build a cost-effective home that met our needs. The construction and selections has been so smooth and they've communicated with us every step of the way. We have been aware of changes that have been made and their affect on our budget immediately upon hearing about them. The construction staff has worked in changes we've made late in the process seamlessly to keep us on track for timing and closing. All in all, its been a flawless, exciting

We can't say enough good things about Progress Street, from the quality of their work to the quality of the people that work there. I've had many friends in the building industry in my house and they are all amazed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the house.
