Bad Weather: Mountain Gymnastics Center will be closed when bad weather creates dangerous road conditions. If you're uncertain, call the gym @706-745-3325 for a message concerning closings after 1 pm. These classes meet one hour once a week. The students learn basic gymnastics on all events through various stations and instructional techniques.

Students progress individually through skill levels. Pre-school Classes: For children ages 3 through 5. These classes focus on building large motor skill development and the beginnings of gymnastic skill. The classes begin with music to warm up the children's muscles. From there the children move from station to station that is set up to develop different skills and covers all gymnastic events.

I am surprised by any of these negative reviews. Both of my kids attend here and its awesome. The facility is *clean* and well managed. The coaches work hard and really care about the kids. They speak kindly to them all but are firm when they need to be. Classes are safe and the kids enjoy them. The kids are constantly kept busy. My son went to this place for the boys classes. When it was taught by the male teacher, it was good. Then, he left and it really went downhill. He was replaced by what appeared to be high school students that did not know what they were doing. The school does not really seem to care much about the boys program. So, it became overpriced babysitting for an hour.
