I don't know what the other reveiwer was expecting... but my experiences at Erik's have been absolutely fantastic. Erik is personable and fashion-wise. I have a difficult frame to fit and my custom shirts are all exactly correct. This is THE place in the Sandusky area to get great clothes and professional service. There is little to compare with a well fitted shirt that has been tailored exactly. I highly recommend. So much good to pick from here! The art of being a Haberdasher is not lost, just rarified nowadays. Here it is.

We made an appointment with the hope of finding personalized service for a new suit and sport coat (and then some) for my husband. We were met with, what we perceived, a condescending attitude from the person at the desk. We waited and waited and then walked out. Don't waste your time making an appointment or even going to this retail establishment. Obviously, they aren't interested in new customers. It just seemed as though we were bothering this person. Congratulations, Erik's Clothing, on losing out$$$$
