Totally positive experience. From picking out the stone countertop, seeing it taped out on the actual stone, impeccable measurement of area for template, coordination of tile, immaculate countertop installation, outstanding recommendation of tile installer, to quick service to address minor blemish. The people at RAI were all very helpful and professional. And the espresso is pretty good too .
