I tied the email path to exchange Dads Christmas present for smaller size. Two times no response
So I called them. $39 t shirt $8 shipping so I'm supposed to send it back on my dime instead of emailing me a return postage. Buy fake from eBay. Not worth it.

My hospital uses this vendor for our t-shirt orders and jackets, so I decided to inquire for an order for my department. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he said he'd send me an email with more information. 2-3 weeks went by and no email, I had to call multiple times to finally get more information. I asked some follow-up questions and was ghosted since then. Terrible customer service and communication.

I've been using another vendor for 10 years and recently they were at capacity so I had to find another company and Kluch came highly recommended by a few friends so I decided to give them a shot. Nick was amazing to deal with and the quality of their work was impeccable. We received everything as promised in a much faster turnaround time than I am accustomed to. They pick up the phone every time I call and were very helpful in showing us some other ways to value engineer a product we've been producing for 10 years so we now make more money. You don't find too many vendors
