OMT is the unique hands-on manual medicine utilized by DOs. There are over 30 different Osteopathic Techniques. Dr. Croft has a very eclectic style. She uses a wide variety of techniques in an individualized way for each patient.
Some of the techniques are very subtle connecting with the inherent healing forces (the non-material fields that A. T. Still called "the unnamed forces of healing") within each person and utilize gentle pressure, while other techniques are more physical.OMT is not painful. OMT is a restorative tool.

I grew up in Bountiful, Utah and graduated from the University of Utah with an Honors degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Then I began my journey East attending Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and Barberton Citizen's Hospital in Ohio for residency. While in OH I actively volunteered at a seasonal migrant farm clinic.
