Everyone was friendly and helpful from Gia at the front desk to Roman the mechanic who explained the issues with my vehicle. The pricing was cheaper than the other quotes I got, and all of the repairs were done by the next day. I have recommended so many friends and family here already. If you want a small business who cares about you and your car, and isn't trying to sell you junk you don't need, then look no further!

Nothing pro about this place. Took my car since it was making noises, took all day and at the end of the day the said they didn’t hear anything.... my car literary sounded like it will give out.
Took it a second time and they told me they will charge 95$ for inspection since they didn’t hear anything the first time. Only car dealerships with profesional Computers and services that are specific to the model of your car provide you that charge. They even add ubers and other things for that charge.
Please go somewhere else if you would like an honest charge.

Having car issues is stressful enough. But trying to find a place with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be overwhelming and seems almost impossible. But I found just such a shop! I recently took my vehicle into Auto Service Experts. I knew I had a few different problems going on with my car and I was afraid I was going to have to go to a few other shops as well. I backed out of a parking spot & heard a loud scraping of something being pulled off my car! I got off to see & it looked like my whole front under bumper had been pulled down. It was dragging on the street. The first auto repair shop I immediately saw was Auto Service Experts. I went in & got to talking to the guy at the counter, Jason "Baby J" while I was waiting. He was so personable, easy to talk to & entertaining. He is also very humble as he never mentioned he was the owner (i only overheard him on the phone). This humbleness of his made me feel as though he was very honest & trustworthy

On Monday 8/6/2018, my air condition stopped working. I decided to take my vehicle to Auto Service Experts since they advertised "Free A/C Check". When I walked in and explained my issue, James (the general manager) stated that this would not be considered a free a/c check since there was no air blowing, meaning that it was likely a blower motor issue. I was confused since the blower motor is an important part of the a/c system, but they diagnosed the issue as a faulty blower motor and charged me a $95.00 diagnostic fee. In addition, I was quoted nearly $600.00 to get the issue fixed

Auto Service Experts is the best place to take your vehicle for maintenance! I came here the other day for a battery replacement and installation for my Dodge Journey. James and Jason took great care of my vehicle and provided outstanding service. Not only did they provide me with a lift to work while my car was being inspected, but they also gave me a discount to compete with other companies' rates and had my car in an out in less than two hours. Jay and his mechanics always impress me with their methodical problem assessment and appropriate solving approaches. Today was my fifth trip in the last three years for different problems on two different vehicles, and every time I came home satisfied.
I always feel their pricing is reasonable. Parts and labor are always competitive, and service very professional.
Today Jay gave me a price that was based on a refurbished part, but he ended up putting a new part, with the original quoted price.

These guys are the real deal. They won't rip you off like the others. I always recommend people to go here, some do and some don't. But if you don't that's your loss. Master Mechanic Jason is an awesome guy. Example: If you are having problems with your tires these guys won't tell you it's the Axle. They will tell you where you can go to get your tires fixed. I'm a customer or should I say a member for life. #5 years and counting. By the way my car runs awesome courtesy of Auto Service Experts #2.

If i could rate this place with zero stars i would. I called three times and spoke to the person in charge about labor and parts charges for my car. Didn't take appointments just walk ins, took three hours for my car just to change belts. He quoted me a price over the phone, after they started working on my car,(I left for two hours) when i came back i walked in and he began explaining to me how they were charging me twice the price he orignally quoted me and he openly denied this when i told him we spoke over the phone and he quoted me $100.00. He then told me that he just quoted me for parts

Friendly people. Seemed to be honest in their diagnosis and spend time showing you the whats, whys, etc. Feels like the car is in good hands when you talk to them. They seem to know & fix electronic malfunctions too (cruise control).
They gave me a lower estimate than some chain shops.

My van had a bent axle and needed new engine mounts. Midas had given me a quote, but my parents suggested I Google "best mechanic in San Antonio", and I saw Auto Service Experts #2 had great ratings, so I gave them a call. They told me I could bring my Midas quote in, and the could give me a free quote based on the Midas quote.
When I got to the store, I talked to Jason, the owner. I gave him my quote, and waited while he looked up parts, etc. He told me Midas had actually given me a fair price, but that he would do the whole thing including tax, for about $300 less!!!

This place is incredible! As a car man I usually do my own stuff but when a friends VW broke down I took it here. They had 5 stars on another site by 35 people!! SO I took a risk and boy was it worth taking. I dropped the car off and was immediately greeted with a smile and a team of mechanics that went swiftly to work. I watched them as they did the diagnosis and was pleased to see that they did everything I would normally do. ( the simple logical stuff first, before tearing it all a part). They gave me an estimate that was 400 below the other places and I was glad that mechanics were honest

My van needed a serious brake job - a complete set in the front and rear. I called several different places and decided to visit Auto Service Experts. I spoke with the automotive mechanics on the phone quite a few times prior to visiting on the same day. I was able to come in the same day and receive service the same day. I felt that the mechanics explained in detail the work I needed to have completed. They listened to me and did not touch anything else on the vehicle unrelated to the brakes. The brake service was completed in a timely manner and they also installed new wheel coverings on my wheels
