Trauma Healing, Addiction Recovery, Eating Disorder Treatment, and LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy in Philadelphia & the Main Line. You try to control what life circumstances you have been through with food, substances or other behaviors, but you have been left with only more anxiety and depression. Your past still follows you around in your relationships and you can't seem to shake the feeling that it won't ever get better.
We help individuals on the Philadelphia Main Line and virtually of all races, genders and sexualities come to understand their past, learn healthier ways of coping and no longer be defined by their depression and anxiety. We give back to our community by making therapy available to people needing financial assistance.

You're unhappy, but you're not sure where you need to start and you're looking for a place you can receive support for your anxiety and loneliness. You find yourself feeling disconnected to your body and maybe even your soul too. You've lost connection to pleasure, to creativity and to trust. You notice parts of yourself that keep getting in the way of living the life of depth you desire. You know that you actually feel very deeply, and sometimes it feels overwhelming, so you use restricting, body obsession or binging and purging to numb out and protect yourself.
