Usually extremely busy and slow. Half of the staff are rude and difficult to work with. I much prefer the Minneapolis location.

Selective and discriminate service. Hopefully you fit their profile when you attempt to drop stuff off or they will say they can't accommodate. They pick and choose at will. We attempted to drop off residential construction debris and were told they couldn't accommodate us. However, they did accommodate other residential drop off while we were there. Individual at the window was unpleasant to say the least.

There's a minimum of $58. So if you don't have at least 1500 pounds it's not worth it. I called and asked if there was a minimum, she said it was by weight. Not happy spending that kind of money on 400 lbs of broken cement.
