When you are scheduled for a procedure, you must review the following document before the date of surgery. I hereby acknowledge that MAE Physicians Surgery Center, LLC is owned by a collaboration of organizations. Jackson Anesthesia Associates: is a contracted service provider and they do not share ownership nor are they employees of MAE Physicians Surgery Center, LLC.

Plan to check in at the time designated by your physician's office. This will allow adequate time for the nurses to prepare you for surgery. Consider bringing a book, office work, or needlework to help pass the time while waiting to go to surgery. You will also need to bring your driver's license or another form of identification.
Financial

Our business office team will be glad to assist you to file a claim with your insurance company for your medical or surgical services. We file the claim for all MAE PSC charges. Depending on your coverage, you may be asked for partial payment upon admission to the center. We make every effort to inform you of this amount prior to your admission.
