Matt has been in and around the Construction and Real Estate world for most of his life. He has a Business Administration Degree from Lawrence Tech University and has been the owner of a building company constructing new homes in Macomb, Oakland and St. Clair Counties. In addition to being a licensed builder, he is a registered State of Michigan municipal inspector and certified well and septic evaluator through MCHD and MSU.

Our reports come within 24 hours following the completion of the inspection complete with detailed descriptions of everything inspected along with photos.

We can identify what needs to be prepared, what takes priority, and things we suggest get taken care of within a certain time before it poses a problem.
