Rude. I called and asked if they had frames on display that I can walk in and see. The lady answering said yes. So I drove there (June 2021) and when I got to the door, they had it locked with a paper hand-written sign that said that an appointment is necessary to get in. They also had signs saying that people must wear masks, although masks have already been lifted by state authorities. I wondered why the H did the lady tell me that I can come and see their frames on the phone? So I called them while standing at their front door to see if they would let me in. The lady interrupted me with, "Well

The entire staff has excellent customer service skills in my opinion. Got our eyes checked and new glasses ordered for myself and my son. His took about 10 days and mine 2 weeks to receive them. This is the time period we were both told. Will always use them for vision services. Thanks Everyone..
