CBE Early Learning Center is a preschool offering traditional daycare hours in Acton, Massachusetts. Our curriculum fosters intellectual and social-emotional growth, community-building and mutual respect, as interpreted through the lens of Jewish wisdom and values. Children are encouraged to express their interests and abilities through play, language, music and art.
Numbers, letters, science and nature are an integral part of the everyday experience. We celebrate the fullness of living in a multicultural world and celebrate heritage through songs, holidays and festivals, story, dance and language. While proudly Jewish, we welcome families of all faiths and cultures to join our loving and closely-knit community.

The Congregation Beth Elohim Early Learning Center (CBE ELC) celebrates childhood by employing an emergent curriculum interpreted through the lens of Jewish values.
CBE Early Learning Center was lovingly established in 2013 by a group of educators, parents, and congregants who recognized the need to retain an excellent early care and education program at Congregation Beth Elohim after JCCs of Greater Boston, who had rented space from CBE for 10 years, did not renew their lease.

Congregation Beth Elohim Early Learning Center (CBE ELC) celebrates childhood by employing an emergent curriculum interpreted through the lens of Jewish values. Our program is designed to foster a love of learning by nurturing intellectual and social-emotional development, community-building, and mutual respect.
Typical Day at the CBE ELC

Play is central to our CBE ELC program, as we know children learn best when they are having fun. In order to foster creative expression, critical thinking, and social-emotional development, daily activities and projects are directly inspired by student interests. The day-to-day schedule is contingent upon each age group and is structured to meet the needs of all learners, stimulate curiosity, and cultivate a love of learning.
2021 Summer Program

CBE Early Learning Center offers an eight-week summer play program for children aged 15 months - 5 years. Children are asked to bring a dairy or vegetarian lunch. Please be sure to include a water bottle, straw (when necessary) and appropriate utensils. CBE ELC is an allergy-aware and nut-sensitive environment.
Doobim
Report
As soon as my daughter walks into the Doobim classroom, she is ready to play! She leaves her jacket behind so quickly and literally jumps into the circle of her friends playing. Our toddler classroom is the first daycare and school experience for many of our toddlers, and our abiding goal is to help each child have joyful interactions in Doobim.
