Pam enjoyed a successful career in retail management, and owned & operated her own dance studio, until finally being persuaded to join the family business full-time in 1996. Today she and her brother Mike represent the 4th generation to lead the company. Pam oversees all aspects of the business, and is creatively and actively managing its continued success and strategic growth.
