Absolutely amazing place. Tonight, my husband was late picking up my meds and I called them to let them know he was cutting it close to when they close at 6 but said I really needed my meds (I have awful neurological conditions and can't go long without my meds before symptoms flare). They seriously stayed open a minute extra and made sure he was able to come in and get my meds!!! I am so incredibly thankful for this! I have been a customer at Elements Compounding Pharmacy for a year. Over the last 32 days there were issues with getting my RX renewed. The staff continued to work vigorously with my PCP to get the RX fixed. Stephanie worked with me over the weekend and Monday while I was at my doctor appointment until the prescription was written correctly. She is an amazing patient advocate and I appreciate everything she did and the rest of the staff to make this experience a positive one!

So... it sounds kind of weird to say but the pharmacy is so aesthetically pleasing! It very clean and modern and organized and I just thought "Wow, it's pretty in here!" But more importantly than that is the
warm attitude and great customer service provided by the staff. The pharmacist took time to go over my pup's medication, talked more in depth with me about the infection, and assured me I was doing all the right things. Isn't it nice when people are nice? Thank you!

I highly recommend the Elements Pharmacy in Gilbert. I have had compounded prescriptions filled there for my dogs. My prescription today was not called in as a rush order , but due to some circumstances, I had to ask a favor of the staff to see if they could dispense it in just a few hours. They were amazing! They certainly didnt have to do it, but I am so grateful that they were willing and able to help me. I have had great customer service before, but today was above and beyond. Many thanks to the staff and especially Bradley the pharmacist!!
