I have been going to Fitzgeraldss for two years for my cat. Her medication has to be compounded. Nick in compound is very nice and helpful. The other pharmacy techs are all extremely kind. How ever I have a ileostomy bag with a government card stating the facility I am in must let me use the restroom immediately. I was at the register have never seen this girl before very young yelled NO before I could explain the situation. I started to show her my card she said no need. I explained my bag is about to bust again she didnt care as soon as I opened the door to go out my bag busted every where

I absolutely LOVED the Bethel location and I'm sad they closed. They knew my name and went above and beyond. So far, this pharmacy sucks worse than CVS. I had pins out two days ago and I STILL don't have my pain prescription. Apparently, it was sent to their nursing home pharmacy. I guess this is a problem because they won't transfer it one door over.
