Brake-Thru Driving School is a proprietary driver training school in Rock Falls, Illinois. We teach our students the importance of making safe and healthy choices when operating a vehicle. Our curriculum is state certified and proven positively effective. We are committed to providing thorough instruction to drivers at all levels of learning, putting them in typical road traffic situations after rigorous safety instructions beforehand.
Our staff of professional driving school instructors is available every Monday through Friday and by appointment. From classroom instruction to one-on-one behind the wheel lessons, we get you prepared for your written and driver's test. Brake-Thru Driving School works with teens, adults ages 18-20, and adults 21 and older who need a refresher course.

The following option is for high school students who need to take the classroom only portion of Driver's Education in order to meet high school graduation requirements. This classroom only option does not include any driving or Behind the Wheel instruction. Please call 815-716-8122 for any questions.

Depending on class option you choose, length of classroom sessions will last between 1 - 2 hours for a total of 15 -20 days. State Requirements, up to four (4) classroom times can be missed in a session but must be made up in order for the student to qualify for their driver's license. Step 1: When your child turns 15 (or if they turn 15 by the end date of the class instruction session), they can be enrolled in the driving class.

Weekend Classes: Great for students busy with athletic and extra-curricular (also popular for students traveling long distance). PM/Night Classes: Classroom sessions are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Nights for a total of 15 days of class. AM/Morning Classes: Classroom sessions are Monday through Friday for a total of 20 days of class.

The 6 Hour Adult Program is for students that are age 18, 19, and 20 years old who did not complete Drivers Education in high school. You may enroll your teenager in our drivers education course when they turn age 15 or they turn 15 by no later than last day of scheduled class. You may enroll your teen online or in person at our Rock Falls location.
