I have clients all over the United States, from California to Florida from Texas to Michigan as well as in Ireland, the Netherlands and in Africa (technology makes that possible - my gas mileage isn't THAT good nor my car that fast!) The majority of my clients are right here in the metro Austin area, so basically if you live inside that red circle, I'll come to you.

Thanks for the Fix-Up-a seemingly miraculous rescue from the edge of disaster. Also, as usual, my favorite part of Laurie's visit is learning via the discussions during the in-home install and "road testing" portion of the service. I spent another couple of hours re-writing my notes from the visit to capture and preserve some of her pearls of knowledge.

I hate it when I get a phone call from someone who had their computer either stolen or had their hard drive die, and then I have to ask the question - the question that I PRAY they will say "yes" to. And that question is "do you have a backup of your data?" And when they say "no" I just cringe. Because I KNOW that's all they care about at this moment - "how do I get my data back?"
