All sales are final. In the event that a customer orders a product erroneously, Retrotel may agree to accept the item returned for a refund/credit minus 15% for processing and any shipping costs incurred by Retrotel. Retrotel must be made aware of the issue within 14 calendar days of the invoice date and receive product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date for this process to be considered for approval.
