Family owned and operated. Jim and Dawn are exceptional people. Their office staff is efficient and caring. The caregivers are patient, enjoy working with the elderly and most are hard workers. Their job can be mentally and physically exhausting. I appreciate that the same 2 or 3 caregivers are assigned to a client and this gives the feel of being a part of the family. My father would not be able to live in his home without them. Twin Oaks has managed to have a caregiver come to the house for all emergencies when my father's wife goes to hospital or last minute doctor appointments. I live 4 hours

Horrible place to work. They stole my money that I legitimately earned! They also said that I would be paid milage and that was a lie as well! Been working with the labor board.

From day one this company failed. They made promises that they could not keep. The owner himself was all talk and could not back up his words. I am to receive 43 hours of care per week. If one of their caregivers didn't show up I was left on my own. I had to cancel many appointments with specialists compromising my health. Twin Oaks doesn't even deserve one star!
