NEW! 3D Scan
Report
CBCT or Cone Beam Computed Tomography is one of the many new features available to you as a patient here at Newark Dental. In only 8 seconds, and with less radiation than being outside for 2 hours, our revolutionary scanner captures 450+ images of your head and neck region. These images are quickly stitched together to allow us to have a permanent 3-D model of your airways, teeth, and bones.
Staff
Report
My name is Donna WheelerHunt. I am raising our last teenager of the bunch. His current schedule is my current hobby and oh so enjoying these moments. This has been my 34th year in dentistry. I will say 2020 has been the year with the most changes. My experience as a certified dental assistant led me to OSU expanded function (tooth filler) school in 2003.
Dental Services
Report
Our Newark dentists offer patients exceptional care in preventative, cosmetic, restorative and other dental services. In addition to combining modern procedures and techniques with state-of-the-art dental technology, our professional and caring staff will always communicate openly and honestly with you about all your available options - to ensure that your visit is less stressful and as pain-free as possible.
Digital X-Rays
Report
Newark Dental Associates uses low radiation digital dental x-rays (or radiographs) in our routine care programs as a critical diagnostic tool to check for potentially harmful conditions that are not always visible during oral examinations. In general, we recommend a full mouth series of dental x-rays for all new patients.
Exams and Cleanings
Report
Newark Dental Associates encourages our patients to schedule routine exams and cleanings to prevent serious problems, such as gum disease and oral cancer, from developing and keep your teeth healthy and strong. During these check-ups, our staff examines teeth and gums for any signs of disease or decay and removes any build-up, including tartar and plaque, which has not been cleaned by regular brushing.
